Philip Saunders - Founder of Green Gardens
Phil founded the business in 2004 at the age of just 17 years old. A lot has changed since then from starting out with a small car and a few basic tools, Green Gardens now run a fleet of vans over two depots. Phil no longer works with the crews in the vans but can be seen out and about quoting for new work and meeting with existing clients. He is focused on providing the best possible service to our customers whilst continuing to expand the business.
David Snishko - Byfleet Team Leader
David boasts over 35 years experience in landscape construction and maintenance in both a hands on and managerial capacity. David shows a keen interest in building relationships with his clients and is always striving to go above and beyond for the client. His in-depth knowledge and versatile skill base are testament to his ability to deliver a quality bespoke service to all of his customers. David is always enthusiastic to share his wealth of knowledge and he helps to nurture and develop his team members in their career of horticulture.

Zbigniew or Andy as he likes to be called (his name in English), moved here with his family from Poland 13 years ago. Andy acquired a strong work ethic from an early age assisting with the family run roofing business in Poland. He started his strong passion for horticulture when he moved to England and has picked up various skills to complement his existing knowledge he has gained over his working life. Andy is fluent in English and he can also be seen helping out at the Petworth depot. He has proved himself to be a real asset to Green Gardens.
Paul Charles- Byfleet Team
Paul joined Green Gardens two years ago after studying Horticulture and Landscaping at Merrist Wood College.
Paul has great dedication and determination to work hard and further his knowledge of plants and landscape maintenance from working with and around our highly skilled staff. He loves the hard physical work and like everyone in horticulture he enjoys picking up new knowledge and skills everyday.
Jess Humphry- Head Office
Jess Joined Green Gardens April 2019 as an Office Administrator, She carries out all the day to day duties in the office from taking your calls and answering your queries to making sure all of our staff are booked onto the latest training and first aid courses.
Jess is a keen horse rider and when she's not in the office she'll probably be found at the stables with her horse Yaz!
